  • 28% of the time users are fooled by phishing emails

    * 31% of fraudulent sites are hosted in the United States

ISP Opportunity

Internet users are concerned about identity theft and are looking for ways to defend themselves; and a lack of consumer education and ineffective tools have been to blame for the increasing threats. ISPs can differentiate their offering and increase customer loyalty by proactively protecting users from fraud. They can also address threats and demonstrate leadership for subscriber’s safety by incorporating fraud protection into the security offering.

Consumers tend to look to their ISP for protection from security threats. By offering a complete solution, ISPs benefit from additional revenue, increased market share and subscriber trust leading to stronger retention rates.
